2月27日 9th Wushu World Championship Here below there are many links to different websites about the 9th Wushu World Championship,which took place in Beijing in November 2007... I personally took place in the event,because I'm in part of the Italian Wushu Team,and I think it was an amazing event,with a enourmous number of Nations taking part in it,and a very incredible athletes' number - over 1400 athletes,a new record for a Wushu competitions!!!!!Unbelievable!! -. I think it was well organised,even if the Open Ceremony was a little too "normal" respect of other World Championship...but I think we can accept it ahah Ok...here to you the 9th WWC links:
2月24日 F.P. - Bow StanceThe "Bow Stance" (chn= Gong Bu)is one of the other basic stances in Wushu,both Modern or Traditional like Shaolin.
It gives you a major attack possibility in respect of the Horse Riding Stance,which is more solid and without straight hits. Using this stance in taolu,you can create every position you want,both attack and defense. 2月3日 F.P. - Horse Riding Stance (Ma Bu) The "Horse Riding Stance" (chn= Ma Bu) is one of the most important stances in Wushu. A good athlete must train it a lot,about 10 minuts each training session,if he want to have a high jump. My Laoshi says "If you want to jump very high,you must before walk very low".Think on this!!! |
